Liancarlo, Venetian Light

New York Bridal Market is just a few days away. As we prep to meet with our favorite designers they are prepping, too! Liancarlo (whose exquisite designs are all Made in the USA) spared a moment to share with brides a little more about his upcoming collection. In this video you can see the attention to detail and the artistic influence that artist and designer, Carlos Ramirez brings to every dress he designs.

In his upcoming collection, Venetian Light, the designer was inspired by the ethereal light that covers the city of Venice. During a recent trip to Italy he discovered the way that light diffuses subtle coloring on the landscape of the country. The elements of light and color are portrayed in the softness of the laces and embroidery used on the wedding dresses as well as the movement from the overall structure of the gowns.

A Central St. Marks College of Art graduate, Packham has been awarded as the Best Bridal Designer of the Year, for 2011, therefore, regarding her as on the othe UK's top designers.

She has "redefined the image of The Bride. She is glamourous, contemporary, and timeless." Packham designs the structure of the dress with folds and layers of fabrics to create an elegant and ethereal movement. While the fine fabrics gracefully flow as the bride walks the main details in her designs consist of the layers of fabrics and not many embellishments.
